Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Act as a liaison between the company sales staff and dealers to assist in completing sales orders.
• Perform tasks directly related to the business operations of the division, using independent judgment to recommend and evaluate possible actions regarding machines and customers.
• Support the sales network as a dealer liaison, handling pricing, inventory, order status inquiries, order processing, and assisting in annual dealer evaluations.
• Prepare reports related to Salesforce forecasting, inventory ordering, sales history, and market analysis.
• Manage social media posts, edit machine proposals, and update product presentations.
• Plan and participate in trade shows and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
